At Nottage Timber, we take pride in the quality of our woodwork and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your timber product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Timber
Carefully repackage the item in its original protective wrapping to ensure the wood is shielded from moisture and damage during transit.
Schedule Collection
For large timber loads, we will coordinate a specialized courier pickup; for smaller home accessories, use the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Inspection and Refund
Once our craftsmen inspect the returned goods to confirm they are in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
